Freedom as value

In this project, freedom is explored through the presence of open space: the kind of space the city could reclaim by removing administrative buildings from its core. The rigid urban raster becomes a framework that proves freedom is not defined by shape, but by meaning. The project challenges traditional concepts such as downtown and periphery. In addition to improving everyday life by consolidating bureaucracy, it offers citizens a place to express and practise freedom. This work does not aim to provide a definitive solution, but a critical architectural response.
