The project was developed during the pandemic, a time of great uncertainty about public gatherings and the future of cultural events. As a response to these shifting conditions, a theatre was conceived that merges with elements of urban infrastructure and rethinks how liminal spaces can be repurposed. It also explores the potential of other neglected public areas, particularly abandoned socialist-era shopping centres, as alternative sites for cultural production and community engagement.
